Hi,

I have a question - I read a magazine called Visual Scene and I want to create a new thread to find people who have also read it. But I did it once not here but on a different website and I was banned for advertising..... Cause the problem is that the magazine is not very popular. Will I be banned if I do it here? If not which section is the most appropriate for creating a thread about magazine which refers not only to manga and anime but about Japanese culture in general.

At this time your blog would be the best place to post about it. Later, when there are enough people and there is a discussion going on, Misc could work, but until then you can blog about it.

Mind though ... linking to the magazine is considered advertising so you can post it only if you are commenting on a specific article or magazine as a whole.
