The Best Graphics Anime Contest

Hi people I'm doing an Graphics anime contest hope you all join and have fun making Graphics.
Okay here you pick an anime any anime picture you like then you animate it then upload it on tinypic or photobucket and just copy the code and send it here so I can look. By the way No cheating on picking an anime graphics that's already been made by someone else that's unfair and crafty. The prize would be an anime signuture with your username on it but you got to tell me what anime name is it that's your favourite anime then I put it as your signature. Does that sounds fair and ok? Only people get signatures if they become 1st 2st 3rd Any questions feel free to ask.

ahhhh I would take part but I have absolutely no idea on how to do animated pictures, plus I don't think I even have the right programme on my computer to do that on.

Well it's worth a try I suppose just follow tutorials on youtube on how they do it that might help you out.
