A work in progress, I need advice on....

Okay so I'm using GIMP on this lovely Yandere poster, but have no idea what should I use to decorate the background. Also I need to know if there is some other things that I should fix to make it have that "They're watching you" Feeling.


I'm kinda had GIMP for awhile but don't know how to use it too well, so anyways to tell me how to make things appear in the background from layers would be nice~
