Problem with retrieving password old account.

This afternoon someone came into chat, wondering if they could get their account back. They remember their email and username, but the "I forgot my password" link doesn't seem to send them an email.

The username of the said person is Lovely_gurl_of_rose.
Since there wasn't an admin around I decided to help them and post this thread for them. Hope you can help them out.

I would also suggest that the person in question changes the e-mail address linked to their forum account since yahoo has a habit of totally barring e-mail from AF from being delivered (the only reason they didn't get any e-mail is because that bar is currently in effect).
