I'd say maybe 6 months, but it would depend mostly on what kind of person is the girl i'm dating.
Man that is whack!

I wouldn't date anyone before becoming an adult and separating myself from my parents once and for all.
My mum has spies everywhere so she knows I'm dating someone before me. But in all seriousness I usually will wait 2 weeks just to make sure the relationship will last more than a month.
Probably two months. Long enough for me to see just where this is going.

Depends on how excited I am to be with her.
Depends on the girl and how convenient it may be. There are plenty of girls my family had no idea I was dating, and some that I brought home the day i met them.
I probably wouldn't say anything about it, ever. My parents weren't aware we had a blu-ray player until they realized the DVD player wasn't what they were putting DVDs into anymore. I doubt they'd notice if I spent more time with a single person.
Whenever I feel like telling ma.
Or until she stalks my Facebook page and sees that I have a new gf.
Maybe 2 weeks or something. Not sure.
....
A week probably.
As long as I can hide from my parents. In other words, until they find out. I wouldn't be telling them about whom I'm dating or when we start dating.
It's none of their business anyway and I won't really tell them much, but maybe for a few years I guess and I finish college with a job, I'll tell more what goes on with me.
As Seung-li said, it's none of their business. I would never tell them anything. e_e

It's so heartwarming to see how readily we are willing to consult with and/or confide in our parents. XD
As soon as i'd have contact with my parent I'd tell them I'm dating someone. dead easy.

I dunno, depends on the person I'm dating. If I really like them then, I dunno, a century? Maybe two? Somthin like that.
This is a Sig. It's horribly out of date.
Well . . . I'd want my parents permission to date the person before I actually do.
I've come to that conclusion. My parents are important to me and their opinions matter a lot to me.
Of course, first I'd have to actually like the person enough to want to go out with them. So I'd probably have to know them pretty well to even start liking them as more than a friend. At which point my parents would have met them a few times, at least.
Although, knowing my parents, if I say I'm dating someone they'll be cheering. Seriously, my mom is constantly picking out guys in random stores, coming home and being like, "Your aunt and I saw a really cute guy today about your age! We could introduce you two."
even just the other day my dad was like, "Late bloomers are the best! When you have your first kiss it's going to be like, (don't remember his exact way of phrasing it) magical"

I feel awkward now. I told my mom about mine before we started even dating and she knew where it was heading and was calling him my bf like up to 2 months before we actually went out... But she likes him so it's nice :] She let him stay over when he came to visit my graduation. Even though for years no guys were allowed to stay the night >.>
