Funny Random Item Mix Ups

I thought that lots of people out there have mixed up an item or two such as that paprika jar for that basil jar or that milo tin coffee. I've had a few mix ups myself. I mixed up my romance novel (yea, i read romance novels. Give me a break for my english book 'the catcher in the rye' and i read it out in class when my teacher surprised me and insisted that i read my book. I rushed to the page number and read out something. (i don't remember). Anyway, anyone else had a funny item mix up experience?

well it's hardly worth mentioning, but a few years ago i bought two friends christmas presents (when wrapped they looked identical), and put the labels on the wrong ones -_-, i got some strange looks when i saw them on boxing day
