Achievement Hunter's (The most difficult achievement's you have done?(Both Xbox & PS)

I want to know what are some of the most difficult achievement's that you have earned in a game. (All games a welcome) and if you play PSN how many platinum trophy's do you have?

Personally for me it was alot of the Battle Field Bad Company 2 achievement's.

For that achievement in Blops I cheated and beat it on hardened instead of veteran. :P

I'm still trying to get certain achievements in Fable II, but they require you to download certain items from their websites after going through some crappy flash animation. I finally go through it, and there's nothing at the end. There goes two achievements...
