not all habbits are bad, in fact, a lot of them represent very positive things.
Post some of your good habits in this thread. I'll start.

I always thought leaving my headphones on full volume is good, gets rid of unnecessary noise. I also clean anything I think is dirty, I don't understand why people like dirty things. >_> Oh yeah I also have really good manners in real life, they don't seem to transfer online. =P

Brush my teeth before going to bed and when I wake up, wash my hands before every meal and after going to the bathroom, wash my hair two-tree times a week and brush it couple of times in the day.

I park at the far end of lot at the grocery store and WALK! It seems to take less time then trying to find that ideal spot near the doors... :-p

staying upp all night gaming with my american friends kuz their 7 hours after Me T.T. Good for them. bad for Me xd
I wash my hands before I cook for other people than myself and I do it frequently even when cooking a few 3-4 times. It blows my mind when I go to other peoples houses and they cook for everyone and don't wash their hands. I understand letting it slack if it's just you.... But with everyone else eating that too? ewww.
I tell strangers thankyou when they hold the door open for me if I walk in behind them.. I sometimes see people walk in before me and the people before them held the door open for them and they not say a word but just stroll on by. I'm like "how rude"

I listen when someone need's to talk about something.
WHY ONE PIECE SUCKS!!!!! NARUTO IS BETTER!!!!!!!!!
Well, I do chew gum. It actually helps clean my teeth a bit. Although my jaws can get tired, it's still useful.
I don't think the repetitive behaviours of my obsessive-compulsive disorder count...do they?

I once thought that chewing gum makes your jaw stronger.
Man it hurts when you chew an entire pack of gums for 4 hours straight!
I donate all the time; whether it's going towards good will or Salvation Army. I always give money despite the fact that I haven't had a job in 2 years or clothes I simply don't wear anymore. Before I do anything, I always think about the repercussions it'll have on others. Always help others when they seem they're in need of help (like a few days ago, a women was in a little motor scooter in the grocery store and had a lot of trouble getting her yogurt; ended up falling on her. So I picked them all up and put the ones she wanted in her cart).
I also do, as previously mentioned, thanking those who hold doors open for me and parking in the back - even at school. Saves gas and time.
I always use manners without meaning to no matter where I am. xD

As far good school habits, I write notes in the side margins of my books, and whenever the professor writes something on the board, repeats what they said, or raises their voice to make a point, I write it down, knowing chances are it'll be on a test.
As for other things:
- I flush, always
- Leave a tip at restaurants [although this is a no-no in some countries]
- Tell cashiers "Have a nice day" when I get my receipt
- Don't gawk or get hysterical when I meet a band
A good habit is like a finger - you might never realize how important it is until it falls off.
I spell correctly [or at least try to]. Even online!
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.
Well some of mine are:
Trying not to sms/MXit language
Brushing my hair everyday, twice a day
Making up my bed every morning
Putting my things back once I have used them.
