I know this may seem a random question but...how long does it take for First Class US ground mail to get to Ohio from NC? Back than when I sent some ygo cards to another peson it only took about 3 days. I need this mail to get to Ohio by the 23rd and planning to send it early in the morning tommorrow.

I have a Purple Heart stamp, is there a difference between First Class and PH? Stupid Question I know. =(

First-class ground is basically the slowest method. They say it normally takes about 3-5 days, but it could take shorter or longer, depending on the distance. From OH to NC would probably take at least 3 days, if not longer. If it's an emergency mail that cannot be late, then you had better use an expedited service, which would be more expensive, since you're paying more for the speed.

All stamps are used the same way. First-Class stamps can be used for First-Class mails (13 ounces or lighter). Purple Heart stamps would probably have a set price on the stamp, 41 cents or something, and it is more of a commemorative stamp, but when used, it'll be treated just like any other stamp.

How much is expedited mail and does it travel overnight?

If I use Priorty Mail and send it off tommorrow morning, think it might get there on the 23rd? It says on their website that it takes 2 - 3 days but I want it to travel overnight because I don't want to take any chances. It's a mail that I can't afford to let it be late. ._. I got to make a payment for mom's car insurance.

I think it's probably easier to go to a local agent and just pay it there. Will they take the check since State Farm does it to?

Overnight express mails are guaranteed to be delivered by the next day, but they are also the most expensive. You'll need to actually visit a USPS office (or another mail deliverer of your choice) to find out exactly how much, since the price varies according to the distance to be delivered and the weight of the parcel.

Priority mails are the intermediate between Express and First-Class. They take 2 to 3 days, but nothing is guaranteed. They are simply faster compared to F-C (3-5 days in comparison).

Like I said, if it's something very very important, it's best to visit a deliverer's office and tell them to make sure your mail gets delivered by the specific date.

While we're on the subject of mail does anyone know how much it would cost to send a bottle of coke from America to Ireland?
