I thought it was pretty good, probably in my top 5 of Anime that I've seen. You should check it out. My favorite character out of all of them is probably Kyohei Kadota, because he's just cool, and he doesn't let anything stop him.

“You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.” - Dr. Suess
"There's what you can't do, and what you won't do. And besides, nobody knows that better than you" - Chairman Gilbert Durandal
I've seen DRRR! a few times, and I lack the ability to understand why people like it so much. Yes, it has some kind of violence in it, but it's also.. weird? ;o_o

i love drrr too, more poeple need to check it out, it's great!
i just bought the entire series like a week ago.
Violence isn't the main reason I love it, it's the masterful storytelling - it does drag out a bit in the second half of the series, admittedly, but Narita is a master of stories, and this is reflected in the novels.
That said, Durarara!! is easily one of my favourites alongside Baccano! (also based on Narita's novels). The storylines weave together in a very intriguing and complex way, and I love it when anything does this. I'd urge everyone to try it out (and I'd suggest watching Baccano! beforehand).
I saw 2 eps. I loved the first, got confused of the second really. That threw me off.
And I do love vague characters and scenes, but this is too much.
I might try some more eps, then judge again.
Everything's explained in much more depth as the series progresses. I've noticed that DRRR!! novels (the anime is based on the first trilogy) is that they tend to go through a cycle - the first novel introduces new characters and the initial spark for the events in the next two novels, and then the second builds up to the climax in the third (and this is also reflecting in the anime).
Though, if you're having trouble with DRRR!!, I'd hate to see your reaction to Baccano!. :/
There is no ''trouble'' .. I just don't like it.
This was just plain too much fantasy for me.
In ep 2.. I thought... she is not gonna jump, ok she is jumping now, end of story.
Then this motor guy again... I was like... kinda corny, too much spiderman scene also.
But who knows this anime will impress me later on. I hope so.
Up to ep 13. Am taking it slow now or I will have nothing to do for the week. I really like it so far, can already see it on my top 10 list.
