Have u ever failed in driving tests?

Failed my first quiz by one mistake, afterwhich, I got a perfect 30/30 for the car. Failed my first motorcycle driving test because that b itch of an inspector thought I wasn't accustomed enough on the bike.
And I'm pretty sure I'll fail my first truck driving test as soon as I'll sign up for one.

I failed the driving part once because the instructor wouldn’t get into my first car lol.
He deemed it to unsafe...in his defense it was.
I went back the next day with my friends car and took the test and passed.

LOL I failed my first 2 times taking the driving test back when I was a teen. The third time, I got the lady with glasses that everyone warned me about, but she was really nice and passed me anyways. Course, now I don't have a license, and haven't had one for like 14 years. But I'm hoping to get it by the end of next month,,, as long as I don't fail the driving part too many times, lol.

Nope passed my theory and pratical test first time got marked down a bit for leaving a junction incorrectly that almost had a car hit me but other than that it was a good drive

Canadian here. Passed the G1 sign test (it's..idiot proof. Seriously), but only got 16/20 on the other half so I had to do a quick retest. Same test too. 20 bucks to circle C instead of D. Blargh.

Passed my G2 and G tests no sweat though.

I dunno if it was just my DMV, but I've seen much much worse things happen on tests with young drivers and they're still passed. Either out of fear or pity, ionno.

Failed on my first time. The officer who was doing the testing was new, and according to my driving instructor he'd made the point of failing every person he'd tested so far that week - and I was there on a thursday. I went back again two weeks later, and passed with flying colors with another officer.

Yep, I failed the driving portion the first time because the lady wouldn't stop frickin' yelling at me. It was a little distracting.

I failed the written test about three times, passed the driving part. You could miss five questions, except you can't miss any of the signs. First time I was on my last sign and it was the curvy road sign or something, but I thought it meant road dangerous when wet. A car with swerving skid marks. Of course I've never seen the sign in real life, the curvy roads sneak up on ya. The other times it was ridiculous questions that you never need to know. Like "What is the legal limit of alcohol" and other weird ones that killed my limit.

I got lucky on passing the driving part, I hate that I practiced so much in an old muscle car and I ended up taking the test in a new SUV. Let me tell you, every vehicle is different. I had to relearn the places of everything and the way the vehicle handled during the test... I was so nervous, but don't panic. You panic you'll mess up.

I took my first driving test when I was 18 years old. I failed 3 times until i turned 19 and had the bright idea of driving without a license. I got stopped by a cop and when he asked me where my license was I said I didn't have one. I got a nice FAT ticket of $381. In California if you present your license on your court date your ticket drops to $25. 2 days before i had to go to court i got my license! Fourth times a charm!! Lol, i only had to pay $25!!

The written portion was a piece of cake.

As for the driving test, I haven't been tested yet.

Man, it's been 14 years since I've had a license,, and now been studying the booklet again. They have added some much stuff, and there's tons to remember, ugh. And my housemate is going to let me use his car for practice and the test. But I'm having a hard time adjusting to a tiny stickshift car, lol. So I might wind up failing the driving part, don't know yet. DO know I need much more practice.

When I was 17 I failed my test twice to become an independant driver (only allowed 1 other person in vehicle though) I was quite pissed but I managed to get it. After the 2 year period I was eligable for my full license and passed it first time with flying colors. Now I can go out and have a drink and not worry about being pulled over. JK 1 beer is over the limit now apparently..

I spent money to take a driving course, but then would up running into things constantly anyways. Failed my drivers test and never went back again. That was years ago (like over 20 year) and I still don't drive. Makes it a major pain applying for a lot of jobs, though.

I almost did.
We had a practice test the day before. There were three students in the car and I scored the lowest out of all them them. They all got high scores so I felt really bad. I was really thinking I was not going to pass the next day.
The next day when there was the actual drivers test I did pass, but I was still lower then the others. I barley passed and I didn't want to retake the test.
The teacher was really impressed that I passed though, he even told me so.

I was lucky - I grew up in a really rural area and was driving at like, age 13. So I passed my test on the first go. Even though I'm in Chicago now, I keep my Tennessee tags + license, and TN doesn't require retesting. So I've never had to take it again.
