How long is your typical absence from Anime Forum?

I know alot of you are regulars who stick around at all hours of the day, hunting for awesome threads to post in and what not.

But some, if not most, of us typically leave for an extended period of time due to work, school, etc.

So, how long are you normally gone when you do leave? Why do you come back? Why do you even leave?

Hrm... I'll usually check in every hour or two if I'm at home. Though if I have to go to work or I'm out somewhere, I could be gone anywhere from seven to eight hours or even the whole day if I'm really busy.

Why leave at all, you ask? 'Cause there aren't any awesome threads to post in at the moment, or it's taking too long to wait for a reply from someone.

i leave when i go to school, go to work, hang out, and go to sleep...
so basically that is 12 hours or more....

I have no real reason for returning, I just do.
I leave because I get bored.

I come back every second day or so because I have school and homework and other things that I have to do. So I come on whenever I have free time.

Sometimes a month - three months. I get bored awfully easy nowadays on forums and I don't post as much as I used too.

Just whenever I have the chance really I get on. The longest I've been away is at least a day or so. For that reason I've been with family, friends... people I love of course.

Used to be an avid or so I think member of AF, been gone for like 2 years. Now that I'm back because I just felt like it, I'd be on as much as possible checking for threads to post in, but somehow I feel like AF is dying or something's just not right? I mean the RP section isn't what it used to be and it's actually kind of sad if you ask me. X'[

I am barely active around the weekends or when I am working, but as far as huge absences, typically 3 months. I actually was not active last year for posting due to traveling, but I would come on a few times to check my PMs.

Depends on how things are. Sometimes a week or two at a time and when I do come on, it is for an hour or two or less. I have things to do at home, so it's pretty spotty. Besides, I like the forum. Been here for six years off and on.

Before I officially became an active member it was a two month gap everything time I came back and left.

A few days-weeks. And that's typical. I can even be absent for months. Or if not completely absent, at least inactive; I may throw a look over the forum but if I don't find anything interesting I just won't post.
Sometimes, even for long periods of time I don't feel like writing on forums. I don't, just like that. I'm also busy with school.

Mostly because of school, I don't login too often, just to check if anything has happened. so for about five days, I'm gone, and then I am active in the weekends o3o

The longest I've been gone from AF would be a year or so I think. That was because I was getting really busy. But typically, I get on AF at least once a day for more than 3 hours [on school days] and I get off AF, because of school, and whenever I have to leave the computer o.O

If I wake up in a dumpster somewhere, it might take days.
