I was wondering whether you guys could find them anywhere on the internet, as I have had no luck searching for them in English and Japanese. I am specifically looking for the Japanese lyrics, not the English lyrics sung in the background, as this is a rap remix of Yuki Kajiura's "Open Your Heart" (better than it sounds, trust me!). Hopefully this request isn't too difficult for you guys...

So what's the progress here? I stumbled upon the said lyrics today, but they were really messily formatted, and I being my lazy self didn't feel like spending 10 minutes cleaning them up a bit. Why? I don't have access to the audio of the song, so I can't exactly reformat the lyrics.

If no one else has found the lyrics, I guess I could just copy paste the messy version here, and leave the formating/figuring-out to you?

Uh, these aren't the right lyrics at all. The song I was looking for "OPEN YOUR HEART -天まで届け the STRiPES ver." is on the same CD as "Loosey," the song to which these kanji are from. A quick search for the lyrics you found on this website would have helped. -_- I could see if I can find where you can listen to the song if you want. I believe the chorus goes something like "mayowanaide, hanasanaide, ....yume ni mukatte"

There're lots of people who say this is their favorite remix of the song or something, but I suppose the song spread not from people buying the single, but on the net. That explains the non-existence of full lyrics, probably...So the best way to get full lyrics now is probably to buy the single and get them from the booklet, lol.

Your explanation makes a lot of sense, since I personally think this remix is better than the original (and this is coming from a Yuki Kajiura fangirl...). The people who would be buying this single would be buying it because of "Loosey" or the STRiPES, not for a remix of another song. Since I don't wish to get my hands on the single at this moment in time, I should just romanize and translate what little there is out there of this song in this thread so others who like it can at least understand part of it.

Although I do remember that the second part of the song has 信じるんだ、感じるんだ in it like that...

All right, I've figured out a fairly good translation of what exists out there of this song. Please feel free to correct me if you feel like something could be translated better. I'm particularly concerned about the 感謝感謝 stanza. 今を感じてる喜び　also seems odd for the fact that there's an を where you would expect a に。(How can "now" be a direct object?!?) Also, am I correct in assuming that その意味 refers to the 喜び and not the 心の恵み？

In this case, ima is the direct object of kanjiteru, which in turn modifies kono yorokobi.
This joy of being able to sense the present time / my existence.
Since the whole stanza, actually the whole song, is talking about life, this makes sense; the singer is expressing his happiness of being alive in this world.


誕生してきたその意味の為に

Technicially, sono imi refers back to tanjou shite kita.
This line can be loosely interpreted as "In order for our being born / existence to be meaningful, ..."


素晴らしいこの世界感謝感謝

を感謝 = to be thankful for sb./sth.
に感謝 = to thank sb./sth.

In this line, there's an omitted を, so it really is "Be very thankful for this wonderful world."
