First day of anime life

So i was wondering.. When was the first day you started getting into anime? How long has it been since you been watching anime?? Very interested to hear your answers

Happen to be watching an episode of Hajime No Ippo right now. Have been into anime for a long time, started watching series on my laptop from when I was 12 (20 now). Did watch Pokemon and DBZ at age of 10 I think? Maybe sooner wouldn't be able to say for sure. Anyway should be arround that time

I'm gonna say around the age of 4. I can't tell you the first but I definitely knew it wasn't american. And that's Why my mom never trusted that section of Blockbuster again.
