i think its weird that some people said Silent hill, considering that the town's effect on the protagonist (you) would be very personal and horrifying. In each game the town is painted with the main character's psychology, so imagine having all your deepest darkest secrets literally haunting you and trying to break your spirit.
on that note :) i think it would be bad *** to be an overpowered main character. so something like devil may cry would be neat.
Dead Rising, what would be more fun than a zombie infested Mall?
Oh! Dont forget Resident Evil....nothing more fun then to wander a weird Mansion, Police station, etc. killing mindless zombies trying to eat your flesh....ok wait...nvm...*Returns to lurking*

I think a persona world would be tons of fun. Zombies would be kool too but one bite/scratch and you're screwed. Also theres usually only 1 protagonist and all your other friends & families would be dead. At least in persona, I can heal/cure/revive.
Resident Evil would be good.Killing Zombies,discovering past,etc..
But for me...It'll be Silent Hill.

Oh god this is hard....I'd have to say Mario Kart, or Mario Party though. Kart, because it just looks fun as hell hitting other people while racing. Mario Party for the completely stupid things they do in minigames, and don't get hurt from.
I would have to say .hack//sign because the game taking over you're life so your trapped would be very interesting to me.

I want Pokemon or Left 4 Dead.
Pokemon because I juts think it would be cool to able to catch and play with such awesome creatures, and maybe I could try a Miltank burger or something.
Left 4 Dead because I've always wanted to kill zombies with friends and it would be cool trying to survive a massive zombie outbreak.

also katamari would be awsome id love to be 3 inches tall rolling stuff around making the ball bigger and bigger and bigger id absorb everyone into the ball! EVERYONE!
