OMG I thought this thread is going to be about sex.
Anyway, I jog daily.
I used to bike everywhere, then it got cold and I bought a car ...
Anyway, bicycle is the best way to scam your lazy self into exercising. One you get going, you actually have to finish (otherwise you won't get to your destination). And even if you turn around, you still have to do work to get back.
NOTE: I used to do at least 42 miles per week. It takes about 15-20 minutes to bike 3 miles ... so for around town, it's definitely practical.
Honestly... not really. I'm kind of a lazy person and the only sports I enjoy are swimming and tennis. But I live in Canada, so it's hard to be able to play those sports during winter.
I walk places like to the YMCA (to work out) I also do sports. In September-october I did volleyball now starting in january I'm starting track.
Kickboxing, Soccer, thats it
Rock-climbing, swimming, running, weight lifting, and basketball.
I run 30 minutes when I return from school and 30 more in the late afternoon, both on treadmill. After this year ends I plan to do more exercises to build my body more.
Well i used to jog. But now im to lazy. Sooo, does walking count?
For me I do martial arts and I got to the gym a few times during the week.
I really have no choice in the matter lol. Sometimes twice a day but at least once a day I am either in the Gym or running. But lately (since being in Afghanistan) I treadmill instead of running outside. I do something called Cross Fit, its basically doing 3-4 exercises back to back non stop for like 20 minutes. One of my favorites is: 15 Invisible squats, 10 push ups, 5 pull ups. You do this over and over again for 20 minutes, and try to do as many reps as you can. Most I have ever done with that particular one is 9, and it's the invisible squats that break you off more then anything. I also like to hit the puniching bag and pretend I know what I am doing. Sometimes I will skip cross fit and just do focused muscle blasts on the bench, dead lifts, dumb bells, sit ups, push ups.. Basically whatever brings the burn.
lol nope
Physical //2
I run to school when I am late and I always go to school late. The distance is about 2km. And climb the stairs until I reach the fifth floor. Does that count? xDD
I do go to the gym alot and play sports like, soccer, football, and basketball. But, I tend to volunteer to train with the Army or the Marines whenever I get the chance.
I go to the gym 2-4 times a week, depending how much time I have. Usually weights or an RPM (cycling) class.
i walk an average of 90 minutes a day. 45 minutes to work and 45 minutes to home. i did mma for awhile but too busy with work.
Nawh... wait, maybe jogging every now and then during the morning. Thaaat's about it.
Boxing, Jogs, Some basketball and Football in there.
I do martial arts. Weightlift. Longboard. Rock climb. Kayak. -etc. Too long of a list. But I try to do almost everything. Cross-fit.
Honestly I'm a sloth, so I can't be bothered. But I do play DDR, so does that count?
Eh, not as much as I'd like, but I do the occasional 5+ mile a day jogs and some stretches for flexibility. Rewind back to my high school days and I was always doing something, like jogging, biking, stretching, different martial arts, etc. I would love to make martial arts part of my routine again, but there's no one around now, or at least, not the styles I would want to practice.
light jog every weekday mornings, biking every Saturday, Hiking at least twice a month I do go to the gym when I feel like it..
and ow the usual street brawls from time to time which can really be physically exhausting
