I have an ankle injury which makes that sort of stuff extremely painful :-(
The most similar exercise I've ever done is sit-ups.. and we usually count how many instead of how long.

Last I checked I managed a little over a minute.
I had to do those for part of a fitness test for Universal Orlando Resort.
Plank for 60secs
Wall sit for 60secs
39 Push-ups in 60secs
Walk 200 yards in under three minutes wearing a weighted vest
Sit and Reach
Arm Extension holding a 3lb weight for 30secs.
I passed all but the pushups. I did 39 in 65secs.
I usually mange about 2-3 seconds before they collapse under my weight when I walk over them. It's also notable to know I am a pirate.
Never tried, but I'd probably last 5 seconds max.
Prolly around 30 seconds.
I can do more, but I always feel like my arms are digging into the floor, am I doing it wrong? o_O
I can never get to 30secs. :( My physical therapist told me to get a lot of ab exercises -- she says my bad posture is partly caused by weak abs.
Just recently, I got into planks, situps and pushups because I need to strengthen my arms and abs for surfing. The last surfing trip I went to was OK but I could not go on sessions everyday because my muscles would hurt. I also found it difficult to pop up from the board sometimes because my arms are weak. :( it's depressing...
