If I had to choose it would be Madoka Magika, or maybe Air TV.
Well, I have a lot of favourite series, but considering I am utterly and totally obsessed with The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya I'd have to say that it is my number one. Despite the perceived shortcomings of the second season it really is just awesome.

Difficult decision. My favorite long anime right now is Fairy Tail and my favorite short anime right now is Fate Zero.
My Favourite anime is Gosick. I've been waiting for an anime like that for a looong time and finally found it. The plot, the carachters, the soundtrack everything is perfect oh, and also Ef a tale of memories is extremely amazing

@natsu d : There is no better anime than DIGIMON. That's why I wear my username suit of armor containing the show's name. Because it is, in my opinion, the best anime of all time.

What a horrible thing to do to anime fans.. I have so many for the top spot. Evangelion and Sword Art Online are my top two and the honorable mentions are Steins Gate and Welcome to the NHK.
