as far as the strongest I'm gonna have to say Goku but if we're talking most powerful I'm gonna go with Haruhi Suzumiya
Of the ones I have seen it would be Goku, most of the characters in DBZ can make planets explode and he is the stronger in that anime, or maybe Madokami who did rewrite the reality.

any character who's not weak
How do you define strong? They could be physically strong or mentally strong. I don't think I'll be able to tell whose the strongest of them all. Different characters from different animes can't really be compared. If some characters from this anime have this amazing mind blowing skills, there's bound to be other characters from any other animes that can prevent it. I would say there are a lot of strong characters but none is the strongest.
I find it funny that no matter how much of this subject I go through, no uses the situation.
In general: Euclid Hellscythe( kore wa zombie desu ka) as her powers are basically like 90% sealed and she what she says become reality
to the people for naruto: Juubito is way stronger than the ones you listed at this point, I still wonder why no rikudo sennin
Strongest demon: Demon Battle God Raizen" Raizen in his prime" (yuyu Hakuso) as after all that time of dieing of sarvation which to my knowledge weakens you for than anything, still on par with everyother demon king and yusuke never beat him even in his last moments where he was at his weakest, 10 seconds later yusuke loss.
In crossover fight rules with all energy is the same: Seighart (rave master) he basically has Sword Bitch Slap Every Mage In The Face, and since everything becomes counted toward one type of power, I use your power against you. There is too much things with seighart to make him more overpowered so search him up, so I will leave with two more things I leave 2 weeks later masters space magic which is the hardest form of majic to learn, fights second strongedt mage in existence for a week straight no rest or break, recovers from it way too fast.
