1) It's probably not related to any anime, rather an original piece.
2) She looks older than 5 to 7 years old to me. Probably only a year or three difference in age between her and the blonde guy in blue behind her.

4) Why is it so wrong to give a kid a sword? I mean a kid has to defend themselves somehow. Besides, If we couldn't give a kid a sword, then we wouldn't be able to get this adorable photo.

From further googling, it appears that the girl is somebody known as "Bianca's daughter". So is she from an anime or a videogame or PC game? Anybody know?
