Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Well yeah! That's how it works. When else would we have use for an elipsis?
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Yup. Specially if I strike an interest on the thread title. If I don't want anything to do with it, it's as simple as deleting the tab
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Curiosity does kill the cat because in Alice in Wonderland.. Alice locks her cat in her doll house and then is curious about the rabbit hole and everything inside of it leaving her poor cat in the doll house for days to starve because of Alice's curiosity.
... Oh were we not talking about that?
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Curiosity??? I thought it was the cat's unhealthy lifestyle that killed it.

Re: Curiousity kills the cat
I'm offended by this stereotyping of cats in the title. It's as bad as the phrases "sly as a fox," “eat like a pig” or “drunk as a skunk”. They are all unfair to animals. I'll bet if you own a cat, you call it a pet, instead of a companion animal, you sicko.

Except, only a few hours have passed since it was like she was taking a nap.

In wonderland it was days though.
You can't explain that

Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Yeah, I still say in Wonderland nothing makes sense and wouldn't be surprised if some mouse fed it. :\

I want to go on record saying that the only "companion animals" are those tiny dogs that women carry in their purses. That's really all I have to say on the matter.

I'm offended by your stereotyping of tiny dogs being carried in adult females hand bags. (And the correct term would be miniature canines)
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Yeah that sucks. It's also a pain when you have amnesia and keep going to the same thread you have no interest in.
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
Yes. I often get curious about most of things.

Well it's not like they keep anything USEFUL in their purses, like a knife or a monkey with cymbals for hands. No, they keep "miniature canines" with them at all times.

I'm offended by your stereotyping of monkeys having cymbal hands. I'm also offended by your suggestion that a woman would carry a knife as something useful.

I find people finding things I say offensive, offensive, as if everything I say WASN'T intended to offend! How could you?

I'm offended by you taking offense at my offended statements declaring my offended reasoning spurred by your heartless comments.
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
"You find me offensive; I find you offensive for finding me offensive."

I'm offended by this post.
Re: Curiousity kills the cat
I'm closing this thread for lacking substance.
