I was going to do the island one, but that seemed too.......common..........so what three things would you take? :ninja:

A strong knife, flint, and a compass :)
steak,xbox 360, mountain dew
isn't this the same thing, just different surroundings?
Anyway knife, lots of water, and a cell phone.
A 360.....that you cant play due to having no power in the desert? Great Logic...
A compass, a lighter, and a knife.
A dune buggy so I can untrap myself, enough gas to get me out and a GPS device
A Dune worm, Riding hooks, a decent map
What!!! You asked a geek, so you get a geek responce - a 360? why?
Crappy handgun
one bullet
one peice of string
enough food
a lot of water
n a gun
The Dom... the live part was in their signature...
I'd bring lots of water, a hunting eagle and a magnifying glass
A private jet with fuel, a pilot to fly said jet, and Bear Grylls just in case the jet crashes.
You forgot a stillsuit. You fail at being a fremen. And although the desert part is not explained, if it was an earth desert, your Maker would die of water poisoning. And of course, we are making the assumption that you'd have enough luck/skill to mount a Maker without getting killed.
A car so I can drive away from it >3
Extra gas
Water
Hmm. trapped... A shovel, a stick and a peice of plywood. Since I am trapped I would dig my own grave. Set it up to when I kick the stick that the sand that I put on top of the board slides down onto me.
I am not in a good mood and I currently hate myself more than usuall. So meh! ; P
Hmmm.. this again except this time its the dessert. What's next Pluto?
Huey Chopper ( To fly home in )
Bottled water (To drink )
Newspaper or a Book ( So I won't Get Bored )
I would bring along a compass, a knife, and a rope that extends a good 50 - 100 ft in length. (The way I plan to survive is by relying on cactus juice and the occasional oasis, the rope I can use to reach higher grounds or go to lower grounds. I can also weave the rope into a net so I can trap animals and have my meals that way. If the meat is layed out on a hot enough rock surface that is absorbing a lot of heat, it will cook! The knife I can use to eat my meals and in helping to catch my meals - The skins collected from the animals I can use by shaving some of the rope and stringing it together to to use for covering if there were ever a sandstorm to stir about. -I will thread it by using cactus quills. - Compass - helping to find the closest town or village.)
Mattress, infinite food and a tent. Hey, might as well enjoy the last meal.
a merkava tank and a lot of water
I am going to change my answer. A knife, A bowl and a camel. This would be assuming that cacti can be located in this desert. I could use the bowl on my head for shade, and when I find a cactus I would use the bowl to hold the cactus juice and any animal plasma, if I get so lucky. The camel would drink first. Who needs a compass? At least if you know the season and how the sun, moon, and stars are positioned. Now if there are no cacti, I'd take my chance by cutting my flesh enough to where my blood could get its scent in the air attracting hopefully a few animals if I happen to be located in the right desert. I will pretend to be dead and while its distracted, I'd slice it only enough, hoping a blood trail may lead me to a cave and or water source... But in such an occurance how would you be so sure you'd have the items you wish, if this wasn't just hypothetical?
A coat of some sort to protect myself from the sun and to also use at night because it's COLD at night.
Water, lots of water, to prevent dehydration.
And... then I'd either get a knife for food or something to signal with so I can get rescued. XD
A teleporter to transport me to the nearest city when I no longer think it's fun in the desert.
