[Request - Layout] Need a site layout! :D

Ok so i've had my own website for awhile, its not something uber popular but after having it up for about a year now I want to have more people view it and stuff. I need a good layout, because i'm not...a layout maker lol

I use webs.com so to have a custom layout i need to to use the css editor thing >.> which i dislike lol so whoever makes the layout will have my permission to edit the site to fit the layout. You will get full credit and such ^^

Please PM me for the details of the layout I want and what to be added. Ill probablly add the details here later on. No rush though ^^
