f*ck the world
i swear if it weren't for drugs, alcohol and music i couldn't cope at all
does it seem to anyone else that facebook is the biggest circlejerk ever? people just feed off one another to spread their own influence.
for instance, I Fucking Love Science (who has never posted anything related to science) posts a picture witb a caption. 100 people share this, thinking that since they cannot create new, interesting content of their own, they' just aggregate what's already there and make it sorta look like they had a part in making it. then the shared content gets likes, which goes to the person that "shared" a picture that isn't theirs.
i feel like all that's needed to get a steady, renewable stream of likes and comments (that effectively substitute actual person-to-person interaction) is a meme generator, and there are lots of those around. choose vague or animal back ground picture, plus in something witty like "shall i give you dis-pear?" (like in that example, what you put in doesn't even have to be original!), and bammo, views, likes and comments.
content aggregating circle jerk. i hate facebook, why did i recreate my account. deleting...

Okay. But now I feel confused again. What does hsd and ged mean? I do not understand the abbreviations (I admit it, I used google translate to help me with the word abbreviation).

hsd stands for high school diploma and ged stands for general education degree. a ged is like the easy way to get a high school diploma equivalent, and i never wanted to take that route, but now it seems that i may have to.

So is there different things that you have to do if you decide to go for the other one? Like is the courses easier in the other one? Here you have to have a certain number of points to get your high school diploma, and every course gives a certain number of points (depends how long that course is). Then you can have a little variaty of what courses you have taken to get that number of points, but History A is always History A. But everyone have to atleast have read the basic A-courses in swedish, math, history exc.
This thread have just got serious.

One thing about history, as soon as new evidence comes to light then the entire history book for that time has to change to fit in this new evidence

it's the same here, you need what's called credits, 22 of them. i had 20 but it seems like i won't be able to complete it right now. yeah, the courses for the ged are much easier, and you can study them from home all you want before taking the test. downside, the final ged exam costs like $40. i think i'll put off education for a while. i wanted the pride of saying yeah, i've got my high school diploma. oh well.

40 dollars for taking one exam? Quite expensive. Maybe you could take some at a time? Because if you once stop then it's hard to start again.
