I am new on this forum so sorry if my request does not suit the rules, sincerely apologize if so.
I cannot find the title of this track, I am pretty sure it's in an anime from the 80s but can't find the one, would you help me ?

Your video is an hour long; I don't know where the song is. Post as well.
EDIT: quoting your post shows the time code, but it doesn't apply in the video, strange. The song sounds English to me. I tried to put some lyrics I heard into google with quote marks but either I'm deaf (which is probably likely) or the song is too obscure for google. Sorry.
