Interesting Ideas

I'm always looking for creative thinkers, and being one myself and having met many others, we all have awesome ideas to improve so many things, to invent so many new products. To start, here's a couple of the things I thought of. I don't know if they've been made yet or not, but..

-A way to implement scenery (buildings, signs, roads, trees, etc.) viewed from a videocamera of any sort into a video game and use the scenery from the camera as the setting for your game.

-The spokes on a bike rim are slightly offset from each other, making two rows of them. For more stability, better aerodynamics, and preventing a bent rim, why not just put two sheets of either some light metal or plastic in place of the spokes?

Let's see what AF's creative minds have to offer to the world. All ideas are welcomed.

With all the research organizations are doing into powersuits one would think they'd experiment with organics.
Where would you get these organics? Where does McDonalds get their burgers? Moo.

I agree. The spokes on a bike are hollow metal tubes, which does not only lead to low manufacturing cost, but also good structural integrity as the load is dispersed between many different spokes. Also with so many spokes, if one breaks the bike could (theoretically) still be used. A sheet of plastic or metal wouldn't have the strength as that of the spokes. It's like comparing corrugated cardboard to paper of the same thickness.

Make tooth paste have two openings. One in the front, one in the back!

Writing a 3D gaming engine into the form of an OS that can be loaded at startup with very sophisticated details, effects and filters that can be used relentlessly since there is no more OS and applications running in background, consuming physical memory. That'll mean: no more DirectX, no more corporate videocard requirements, pre-installed drivers and/or autodetect in the 3D Engine/OS.
Basically, if you want to play a HQ vydja gaem with the quality of a console on your PC, all you have to do is restart or hybernate Windows and select it.

Another interesting idea would be if Srk would jump in front of a train.
