Anime library (in Russia)
We have a public anime library in Russia, Togliatty. You can see video here:

It was founded 6th September, 2009. Now it has two anime figures, Haruhi Suzumiya and Triela, anime magazines (in Russian), manga (generally on Russian and few Japanese), anime.

So not fair! We don't even have anime on TV in the UK!

There is only one bookcase with five shelves. You can see it in video.
Overall count of manga, anime and magazines is about 200 pieces, but half of them is reading by visitors (and missing). It is not quite more than you see usually in general book-shop.
The state of books and disks is very used (cannot be selled) due to great interest of readers to them! I repare thouse books to make their life longer.

uh-last time I checked, Pokemon was an anime.
And once upon a time Jetix aired Digimon, and once upon a time Cartoon Network aired stuff like Tenchi Muyo ... oh god. I just remembered I once saw there was an episode of Tokyo Mew Mew on ... excuse me, I need to go find some bleach, so I can rinse my brain with it. x.o
