Tabi no Tochuu (On a Journey)
Description: 1st season opening theme song of Spice and Wolf
Sung by Natsumi Kiyoura
Lyrics by Kouko Komine
Composed and Arranged by Tomohiko Kira
Transliterated by kajigoddess
Translated by okaerusan
The line "北の丘 水に揺られた同じ月が "(romanji: kita no oka mizu ni yurareta onaji tsuki ga) is falsely translated to "a hill in the south, shaken by water; above all, the same moon.
".
北 (kita) means north as seen when hovering over the kanji information.
Furthermore Natsumi Kiyoura clearly sings the word "kita", which would make sense considering the mention of the west, east and south in the previous lines.
I also came across this mistake in a Youtube lyrics video of this music, where users also reported a wrong transliteration/translation.

Re: Tabi no Tochuu (On a Journey)
Thanks! I've made that change and several others to that stanza, which had some issues; the rest of the translation looks okay to me. I'm not sure why you brought up the YouTube video, though? Unless it was as sort of corroborating evidence that "kita" means "north," which is not necessary; unless the vocab or grammar you're correcting is either extremely obscure or somewhat open to interpretation, you don't need proof that it means what you say it means. For more common "this word has been translated as something with no overlap in meaning with the original word" and "this verb has been translated as present tense but is actually past tense" and whatnot, either I know right away that you're right or I can easily confirm it.

The YT link was there, not as a proof but, to give credit to the people who have found the mistake before me (even though they never reported it).
Thank you for noticing my message, regards :)
