[doubleteam]
It's super effective... from what I gather?
Re: Competitive Name Help...
Strickland Pro-Pain. Your team catchphrase should be "Taste our heat, youre all dead meat."
You should also change your name to Hank Hill in the game.
Re: Competitive Name Help...
All these names are names 13 year-olds make for their YouTube usernames, if anything Quantic is the best.

Quantic is a good name, but sadly taken. 13 year-olds I don't really agree about that accusation. All names listed are teams with organization and multiple sponsors. The average income for a four man team is around 90k to 120k a year. Some including YouTube money and others for just competing.

Thanks for any replies or help.
Below are names or pro and amateur team names that are taken, and to give an example of what team names are like.
CompLexity, EnvyUs, Fariko, OpTic, FeaR, RoughNex, UNiTE, Nex-TT-hreat, Obey, Caliber, Dare, ICONS, Thrust, Quantic, FaZe, SoaR, vVv, TEC, Clockwork, Prime Example, and Adversity(aDv).
I've played a good handful of those teams' users on other games ... outside of COD they're all just a bunch of crybabies who don't have the patience to sit and learn how to play them.
Also a Blur clan got pretty much wedgied by one of them (some idiot that nobody likes made a racing clan called Obey ... found out there's already a COD clan with that name ... doesn't understand why nobody likes him still.) so ... well, it's not on-topic, but I find it amusing how outside of COD they all stink.
Anyways: ontopic - you'd probably have to go through a much bigger list to ensure that none of the ones you think up are actually taken. Yes, I know there are a lot of professional-level players (Don't Diginitas play COD? I played a bunch of them on Trackmania before) but don't count out the amateur and casual-level teams too (for example my brother is part of the Itz [whatever] team and previously part of one called SSZ Elite. I'm surprised he hasn't gone amateur or semi-pro yet but I digress.).
These days it's hard to come up with an original name. Hell, maybe you should just make your team name The Original Team Name. Yes, I know that's too long for an Xbox tag but you get the idea.
Have fun.

The team names I've listed are the only pro & amateur teams listed for E-Sports Nation. There may be other teams, but not on the pro circuit.
Also, you may have played some pro teams, or just fan boys. A lot of people walk around with pro team names but aren't on the roster. Besides, most CoD pro players only play CoD.
Now some pro teams for CoD do have sniping teams for YouTube(who aren't pro players), they might suck.
Anyways, back to topic... The name can be long, we just abbreviate it. Like the team name Adversity, we put.. aDv. So Theory aDv - as an example.

Huh? Several of those are/were big names in the SC2 scene. coL, Quantic, vVv. Sure, they'd be absolutely obliterated in the GSTL, but they're at least big enough to be recognizable.
And CoD doesn't come anywhere near the patience required to even become mediocre at SC2.

Yeah, most teams have divisions for the top E-Sports. Like League of Legends, Star Craft 2, and so forth. Black Ops 2 has finally made it to the MLG pro circuit where SC2 has been for awhile and LoL. But yeah, I play LoL regularly.. The majority of Pro CoD players play SC2 and LoL. Some pro SC2 players have left to CoD and vice versa.
The reason vVv and Quantic are no longer supporting SC2 is there is more money to be made with CoD. In April we have a million dollar tournament coming up. Before that we have a 50,000$ MLG event in Dallas.
I love E-Sports <3

It doesn't help spelling your own team name wrong... *paradichlorobenzene, besides if you're going to go the organic chem route there are much cooler sounding molecules like Furan
