Oh jeez, I wouldn't want that either. I guess what I would do first is start getting materials to make a fire and make it as big as possible. Hopefully while I'm doing that anyway I can find some fresh water or coconuts/similar to stay hydrated.
Once I have a big fire going I would start building shelter and then look for food on the land. The next task would be to find materials to spell SOS somewhere that hopefully planes can see.
Once all those things are complete I would start trying to fish. I would also continue to fortify my shelter and of course keep the fire going as much as I could.
Would you have a flashlight on you, @Tyke ?
Probably not. I imagine in this situation I'm on the island due to a plane crash or terrible cruise accident. Of course, in that case, I'm very likely to have other people on the island with me. Considering that, I would probably take on somewhat of a leadership role and explain my plan, see what resources everyone has (if any), and divvy out the tasks so that we can do everything outlined in my first post much more quickly or adjust the plan based on other people's opinions.Quote:
