Yeah Kh1/2 for me as well and I like the FF8 opening tat was pretty cool.

Hmm, Tbh borderlands 1, made me laugh at the end so I'm going with that c:
FF7 and KH1&2. FF7 has such a memorable opening, just seeing those stars in the sky and hearing that music and seeing Aeris just makes me tear up ;-;

Xenogears...the fall of the Eldridge. That scene was awesome.
Fallout 3 has one of my favorite openings. And depending on what you mean by openings, Bioshock. That sets up amazingly.
