theres a lot that I like, but for this season, I'm currently watching SAO, Bakuman, Kamisama Hajimemashita, and Psycho-Pass~ I think I dropped everything else. :P My favorite this season is Psycho-Pass! ^U^ how 'bout you? what animes do you like?

You're using windows movie maker right? When u are done with the project, you have options like save, save as, publish movie, and save movie. Well when u are done u can click save movie and it will convert the project u made into a video file. It will ask u to write a file name, and write under it u have option called "save as type". There you can select what codec (format) u want it. I guess in mine u only have mp4 and wmv. I guess no avi for mine but mp4 and wmv is fine also and should work. So yeah that's what the whole codec thing is. Btw, i noticed in option publish movie u can publish it directly to youtube, were u trying to use that option.

Codec is pretty much a format for videos. There are different codecs (formats) for videos like avi, mkv, ogm, mp4. AVI format is most common and windows media player can always play those videos. MP4 codec for videos is for ipod touch and so on though u can still play it on the computer. Same with mkv and ogm and others, u just need a different player to play some since windows media player doesn't play that format. That's why i was wondering if it was avi format since that's most likely to work without any trouble.
