I've wanted to join the military ever since i was a kid. My first choice was to go marines, but they denied me because of the 2 metal plates permanently stuck in my left arm. After that i wanted to join the army, but i ended getting a really good score on my ASVAB, and one of the navy guys said he could guarantee me the Nuke job. Hard to say no to a Bachelors in Nuclear Science, a Nuclear Welding certification, and a Top Secret security clearance all in 2 years while getting paid for it ya know? haha. so i'd say things have worked out well for me thus far.

Thats good that you guys trust each other. I've only had one girl that i really trusted, until she said she wouldn't be able to handle me being in the military.

And yea. I'm a Nuclear Propulsion Engineer in the Navy. I'm currently on vacation, but when i get back i have to finish my last year of A-school.

Thats nice. I'm happy for you. I kinda wish i had a gf. But being in the military makes that aspect of life rather difficult.
