Oh geez. You are only as handsome as you feel. If you don't find that you are handsome, then, you will portray yourself as someone who is not good looking. If you look at yourself in the mirror in the morning and you can tell yourself that you look handsome and be confident about it, that is someone who is handsome. That is someone with confidence. I know that on days that I am conscious about the way I look, I look in the mirror and tell myself that I am beautiful and I instantaneously feel better about myself. I feel beautiful. It's a confidence booster when you can feel confident with all your flaws. :3

That is true but even though that peer pressure and the media might be there everyday, it's still the fact of respect. No woman deserves to be given that kind of disrespect.
I was raised in a Catholic family but I don't go to church every Sunday or anything like that anymore. I'm not that religious but my parents taught me lessons that I still remember to this day. I find that what they taught me has made me the person I am today and the lessons I've had to learn on my own too have made me who I am. They taught me to respect other people regardless if they don't give you respect first.

I think I would get annoyed with men here if it happened to me at least once a day. I think men need to stop trying so hard. Like, I don't know if it's jsut me but I hate it when guys try too hard. It's extremely unappealing. I want the guy to be themselves, not some fake who is trying to impress me.
You know, that is true but what happens to women who are in a controlling relationship?
I do think the root of it all is parenting but I think it's also an issue with the parents as well. If the son sees his dad doing that, of course he's gonna think that it's ok for him to do that as well.

Peek a boo!

Oh that sounds lovely! There will be no time off for me in December! I'll be working my butt off right up till Christmas Eve! But I don't mind because I love my job and I love Christmas! I have cute little clip-on reindeer ears to wear, and loads of Christmas CD's to play in store (despite protests from co-workers) :-P
Next weekend I am going to be walking in a local Christmas pageant with my sister and the Child Care centre she works for. She said I can dress up! So excited!

I told her and she was like "yeah I get that a lot"! I love lolita but it's so damned expensive! I think I might have a go at making my own Lolita dress. Maybe a Sailor Moon themed dress....

I thought it was a very interesting way to look at it. The author also stated that if you pose half naked pictures on instgram, it's not saving anything intimate for your partner to look at in the bedroom when they can just take a peek on the internet and see it that way. It was very interesting.
See, in that circumstance, I would have shaken her hand too. I have never watched sword art online but my boyfriend is very adamant on me watching it with him.
I find that going out and meeting people in places like the mall, conventions, starbucks, at a friend's, the bar or pub....anywhere where you can meet people. Hockey games, football games, on the beach, on vacation....there are tons of possibilities....you just have to put yourself out there. :3
