Misc is generally pretty lax. It needs some rules to keep it from turning into complete pandemonium. Keep in mind that AF is (at least in theory) a child friendly forum, so it needs to be more heavily moderated than other forums that do not attempt to be so.

The threads I've closed that have been started by you contained content that technically was viable (except the post game thing), just posted in the wrong place and/or in the wrong way (e.g. we can't have one thread for every single youtube video someone finds slightly funny. They're generally not that funny, so nobody posts in the threads, and they just clutter up the place). Lurk moar, and you'll get the hang of things. Also, make sure to use the blog feature, as it's more suitable for those "look what I found" things.
