Oh, actually disregard that. When I checked VG555's profile, I wasn't aware that your first VM was from yesterday.

But I think I have a lesson to learn here. When people see a moderator posting, they make assumptions (especially the newbs). If he's not, as you put it, "sugar coating" his speech, they think he's trying to "use his power" against them. (Even though that's just an illusion, there are no "power" to begin with.) I totally wasn't aware of it in the beginning (when I posted in the "I have a problem" thread), but eventually some members' reactions ringed some bells and I started realizing it. Kind feels bad that things have to be that way... I don't want any barriers between me and everyone else. :/

I guess I'll try to avoid that from now on...

Yeah, apology accepted... I think we just need a little break (and especially I need a break). And I owe you another apology, so I'm sorry about all that. :/

But look, I'm not "mr high and mighty probie moderator". Please stop calling me that. :/ I'm just a member. And being a member gives me the right to express my opinion the way I want, just like everyone else. Of course that is not to say that I'd be a douche (I usually try to be nice and humble), but I'm just saying that being a moderator doesn't change anything. Being a moderator only means that (in my own subforum) I'll be performing some tasks like removing advertisement, posts that violate the rules and the like. But other than that, I'm just another member. My posts aren't any special. And when I express my opinion, it only represents my opinion as a person and as a member. I never thought of myself as a moderator. :/

None in particular. But I like to go back and watch some I've seen before if they were good. Also I'm constantly on the lookout for new anime, or at least old anime that I wasn't aware of before.

And yeah some of my earlier posts sounded dumb, but recently my posts haven't been dumb (I think). For example that error box did have only one button, but the reason the error kept occurring (and how to fix it) actually turned out to be in the text of that message box. That was probably one of the least dumb posts I made, and because it was the Japanese language section, a translation request as it was was ok. Also I hadn't selected the Japanese language for the install. It was ONLY offered in Japanese. And the mod wasn't doing anything wrong. If I was spamming and he let it slide, that would be wrong. My post was genuine and the moderator simply answered the question honestly (which enabled me to install it, when I was about ready to give up and delete the installer and just completely forget it). Your reply didn't answer the question, just rebuked me for having ever asked it, when it wasn't even spam or trolling, but rather a genuine issue I needed help with.
