Very true and this game definitely did that a few times.

I'm getting back into Final Fantasy VII lately. ^^ I did beat it before, but for some reason I've just completely lost all memory of most of the story. ^^'' There's more to it than that, but I've got a mega-headache right now so I can't write much at the moment. ><

The Final Fantasy series are pretty good though everyone has their own opinion.

I like it :P Another reason I'm playing it is to also find out about Vincent's story so I can start playing Dirge of Cerberus. ^^ Even more than that, the Materia system mechanic is just pretty fun to play around with. I even spent up to 20 minutes(roughly) one time trying to configure a decent lineup. xD

Blimy, although recently I have been spending alot of time on Napoleon Total War, so far France has been reduced to some single region to the east of Europe, France itself is now under the control of 1 of my many protectorates Brittany.
Also I am now at war with Russia and Prussia oh and Spain has been reduced to being a place of mine for heavy taxation to help fund my military operations. Most of the other regions have been converted into a protectorate and I expand them with each new conquest. However I must start a compaign against the Papel States as they have started a war with Italy which is a protectorate of mine.

Aw the materia system I still havent found a system like it.
It added a whole new lvl of strategy to the battle system.

Yeah, I don't think I've seen anything like it either, which is probably why I like it so much. ^^ But that one combo of.. what was it.. I think.. it was.. Final Attack! That and Knights of Round, I had to go through SO MANY Chocobos to get KoR! I think I played till I got at least(by the game's saves anyway) 99hours and 99minutes, even though it was at least that and 40 some hours. lol Well, maybe 20 or something. I like my Final Fantasies!! :P

Oh, @aether What system is Napoleon Total War for?

Its for PC only very fun if you like turn based stratergy and real time battles. The turn base system if for the campaign map section and then the battles are in real time
