Been a while, hasn't it? Seeing how dead poetry has been lately, I'm going to try to revive it! This poem isn't about anyone in particular, but the man it speaks of just won't get out of my head so I had to write a poem for him. Not entirely sure who he is, but here ya' go. A message from the...
Rocking back home A tyre screeching beat Metal scraped roads Hittin' pedals, lazy feet Travel up and down With a license to chill From towns to cities Chasing the thrills
Suddenly the boat was sinking Fire and beast spread Hands held hands Courage by a thread The wind whistled past And merged with the rain To help wash the fire Off this water-bound train
Inside this forest the grass is blue The raindrops rest in mid-air Water swirls in a majestic squares And fruit and nuts are grown to share Inside this forest the trees are small Bark is thick and soil is hard There's tunnels and burrows all around And not a human near or far
Like a sturdy glass Your resolve is high Like a towering tree Your destiny is nigh Your fate is written But only with lead You can rub out the end Before you're dead
Strings- As he plucks the strings Sounds emerge Valiant echo's Previously unheard Trampling through air And ear within They inspire today
Cool Liquid hits my face, Warm Winds tickle my bare arms. Can you feel it? Scent of hyacinth overflows in my nose, A freshly trimmed lawn overpowers it, And with a splash of rain, Nature's perfume is made.
When the money flows, in rivers and streams Wet, drenched soaked pieces of paper When the guns are buried in the sand Full, rusty grain filled metal tubes That's where I want to be. Screw your wages Throw down your arms Read only from pages No weapons, just alarms
Stand up proud! Be aloud! Set the standard Increase the sound :p You're here to be happy It ain't lame Sad or sappy
it seems so long ago but it was only a year or so since i met this kid after i give a comment on a thread now, he is a dear friend dearer than most fiends this i did not expect not from a simple thread
A poem I just wrote. It only took a couple minutes, so that's why it's off a bit. I apologize for all the rhyming, I was aiming to make a sweet poem. I hope everyone likes it ^^ Peaceful Night Watching the moon and stars Feeling the peaceful breeze There are no sounds of cars Just the...
Couldn't think of a good title -_-; lol. Well, here is another poem by me that hasn't surpassed a few of the ones I've been trying to surpass for awhile now, but I'm going to keep trying. This one seems a bit forced -___- I need to quit doing that. I hope everyone likes it. ^^ Haunting...
Not a poem by me.It was written by my very close friend,Zansa.I really like this poem. And since he wouldn't post this,I HAD to! A Dying Child ________________ Shaking the drawers if my infancy that morning I found a smile, a painting with no meaning I found my guardians as the authors of my...
Just a petty poem I wrote when I was annoyed. Pay it no mind XD Petty Poem An evil presence in my wake I'd rather not say the name But I wish I could make The days that were once tame
I'm sitting in Social Studies class right now. I wanted to write a poem so...here it is. I'm sorry for the lack of inspiration lol. I hope everyone likes it. ^^ Boredom The boredom that sets in my mind Spreads throughout my entire being So here I sit and write This poem that will not...
We all feel that way, at some point, right? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Invisible You know I'm standing next to you, yet you don't even whisper a word. Getting tired- about to fall asleep - if you don't speak soon.
I couldn't think of a name for this one. D; I wrote it in a few minutes during English today, so if you suddenly die of sucky writing that would be my fault. :D Oh, and its only three stanzas, of four lines. = twelve lines. Veryshort. Untitled. The sun beats passionately on the cold ocean,...
There were lucky times and unlucky times, Where I had passed or had been obstructed By the leaps of challenges that stood in my way. There were uncertainties and satisfaction Where I had to be stoical or had to receive Those dismay feelings or generosity that others held. When the rhythm...
I haven't wrote a poem in awhile. That's what my mind is saying at least. So here is a crappy poem I just came up with. I don't expect anyone to like it, I'm sorry I have not had any inspiration at all. @_@ Untitled The time in this world should be well spent We, as people, know not the...

Ok, well this poem is a bit weird too. I'm sorry if it's confusing or if it doesn't make sense >.< I wrote it within a few minutes at school today. (I didn't want to do work >_>; ) Everything came to me so I wrote it. I'm sorry if it's choppy or anything. If you have any questions as to what...
Time is something no one can ever completely control. So, the time we spend with the ones we love should always be treasured, because you never know when that time will come to an end. *Tsuki* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Time Never failing, always moving, there is no...
I'm sitting up late tonight, writing down the thoughts that keep me from sleep. My heart is full of pain. You're out on the town with your new love. I hope she gets a run in her pantyhose and the zipper on her new dress breaks; or maybe you find out her breasts are fake.
My pen hath not the ink, Nor my mind the wit, To capture here in verse by my hand, Her Beauty I behold. Light from an endless star filled sky, Her eyes. Countless summer's warm gentle breeze, Her whisper. A thousand crystal cool mountain streams,
I'm standing still on the edge of a metal building Looking down from above The street looks hard and unforgiving But I'm not just anyone.. I'm the soldier of love The fall through the air is not what the goal is I'd rather save time and already be there But as she leans out the 15th floor...
This poem sprung out of an idea of how people learn to fight the battle of the cycle of life. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kick, Kick, Kick I hit the walls Everything is turning black Maybe my souls a little too dark Or maybe the action was impure I will never know How dark that blow made my skin
Hello, again. This is Tsuki with yet another poem to share. This one is a bit odd, and I'm not sure if I like it. Lines in it can be twisted to mean something else ((At least, I hope so)), "good" or "bad" which is pretty much the point of the whole thing. The message behind it can be a bit unclear...
I grip my hand but...nothing is there, I look up into the sky, but...no one stands over me I close my eyes to find you there, but memories are long gone. Why am I here? if I'm not meant to be? Why do I still live? if no one wants me alive? why do the shadows taunt me in my nightmares...
