Mushishi is probably my favorite anime of all time, it's a bit weird, and most people might not like it, as there is no fighting (yeah, there is conflict) but it's deep and immersive.
All of the episodes are disconnected. The main character stays the same, as he's a traveller, he goes from place to place. The premise is hard as f*ck (self-censorship, BTW) to explain, but you should definitely should watch it.

Guilty Crown has been in my Watch Soon list for a while, Heard of K Project but that's about it, Mushishi I've never heard of, I've watched one ep of Ergo Proxy and then watched other ones.

Ah, cool. Same here, i guess. Watching Bakuman. It is amazing.
