Scroll down the bottom of the page of which you want to post and you will see a lighter blue box with 'Quick Reply' on the top left. Type what you want there and click 'Post Message'. It's pretty much the same as replying to messages on the forum.

It's very cute and funny. It's about a bunch of deamon/monsters living in the human realm. Because of constant danger a girl gets sent to a high security complex with a body guard. The anime shows their progressive relationship. Vague description, but I feel to much will spoil it. I left a link to the wiki for you to check out. ;3
