Where can I find the Titanic anime movie?

I typed in Titanic anime in Google and hoped to find fanart anime style based on that very famous live action movie. I found plenty, but also found this cover for an anime Titanic movie. It looks OFFICAL! Where can I get it?

Easy solution:

If you found it on google images, that means the site the image originated from also loads. I searched, the site was tvTropes. The image is from the article one Titanic: The Legend Goes On, which would be the name of the movie. The wikipedia page is here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Titanic:_The_Legend_Goes_On). It's an Italian-made film, in a Disney-esque style; all the reviews I've seen for it in my 5 minutes of searching say its awful.

That movie is horrible. I would NEVER consider it an anime from how bad it is.......... I think you should watch the video Seung-Li posted... Really he explains it all....
