Obviously, these lyrics need no translation, but I would like some help on transcription. So far, I have these:

My name is Panty, the crazy sexy blondie and I'm not dumb.
I'm breaking the news now boys, us girls, we're full-time horny, too.
Hey, check out that hot one. Damn, he's got a big one. *beep*ing delicious.
It's time to get dirty now, so will y'all now excuse me, leave the area, I'm busy.

Garterbelt, again you dial D city to 900.
Hands off mine, copy that, clear the city.

Anarchy, everyone wants to be me.
Anarchy- yeah, get it up so I can see.
Anarchy, let it flow and you'll be free.
Anarchy- yeah, you're ready for the game.

Hello, there, my name's Stocking, a savannah, steaming aires.
I've got sweet tooth for lolipops; loli goth, I look good.
These stripes keep you down, I 've got no receipt for cheer-alism.
My friends, they all love me 'cos I kick it real tasty, I get high being nasty.

Garterbelt, he keeps slapping my butt around.
Hands off mine, freaky girl, coming your way.

Anarchy, everyone want to be me.
Anarchy- yeah, standing ovation, please.
Anarchy, shake that thing and you'll be free.
Anarchy- yeah, standing ready for the game.

I know you know
Those wings inside of you
I know you know- oh
They do get naughty, too.
Before I go,
There's something I want to say.
Your sleeping anarchy
Wake it up
Wake it up

Anarchy, everyone wants to be me.
Anarchy- yeah, get it up so I can see.
Anarchy, let it flow and you'll be free.
Anarchy- yeah, you're ready for the game. The problems I'm having:
- Not sure if it's "leave the area, I'm busy"
- Not sure if it's "Hands off mine"
- Not sure if it's "let it flow, and you'll be free."
- Not sure if it's "Hello, there, my name's Stocking, a savannah, steaming aires."
- Not sure if it's "These stripes keep you down, I've got no receipt for cheer-alism."
- Not sure if it's still "Hands off mine"
- Ditto for "... and you'll be free."

Wow, these Japanese seiyu must've worked really hard on their pronunciations, as this song is at least 10 times more understandable than some other English songs out there sung by other Japanese people... But still, some places are really hard to understand.

My name is Panty the crazy sexy blondie, and I'm not dumb.
I'm breaking the news now boys. Us girls, we're full-time horny, too.
Hey, check out that hot one. Damn, he's got a big one. *beep*ing delicious.
It's time to get dirty now, so will y'all just excuse me, read(?) the air, I'm busy.
>The word before "the air" sounds like *ead or *eed, but I can't hear the beginning consonant well. "read" makes the most sense here so I'm going with it.

Garterbelt, again you dial D City 2900(?).
Hand??????(?),copy that, clear the city.
>I thought I heard "hands so/of vine", but that wouldn't make sense, the closest thing to "vine" would be "fine"...>.> But then I also hear a faint hint of "handsome one" there.

Anarchy, everyone wants to be me.
Anarchy- yeah, get it up so I can see.
Anarchy, let it flow, wild and free.
Anarchy- yeah, you're ready for the game.

By the way, my name's Stocking, I spill(?)????,steaming Eris/heiress(?).
I've got sweet tooth for lollipops; loli goth, I lick good.
These stripes must strip you down, I've got no receipt for cheer-alism.
My friends, they all love me 'cos I kick it real tasty, I get high being nasty.
>Total chaos here. Can't understand the first line well at all. "cheer-alism" sounds about right, though.

Garterbelt, he keeps slapping my butt around.
Hand??????(?),copy that, clear the city. >Same as previous.

Anarchy, everyone wants to be me.
Anarchy- yeah, standing ovation, please.
Anarchy, shake that thing, wild and free.
Anarchy- yeah, standing ready for the game.

I know you know
Those wings inside of you
I know you know- oh
They do get naughty, too.
Before I go,
There's something I want to say.
Your sleeping anarchy
Wake it up
Wake it up

Anarchy, everyone wants to be me.
Anarchy- yeah, get it up so I can see.
Anarchy, let it flow, wild and free.
Anarchy- yeah, you're ready for the game.

So yes, whenever it comes to English spoken/sung by Japanese people, your best bet is to wait for the official lyrics to be released.

Here's a scan from the Album. Seems that the singer may not even be Japanese. Her name is Debra Zeer. I've tried to google the name but nothing comes up cept more links to the song. Tell me if you want the other scans.

Heyyyy! Sneaky! XD
I don't think I ever saw those songs in the Updates, so that's why I assumed they were still not on the site.
Oh well, nvm then.

I went ahead and submitted 1 of the other insert songs, CHOCOLAT.
Working on Champion.

Edit: Done with Champion. Oh I can post the scans if you want em. ¦3

Hmm, theoretically I have been told not to approve any songs submitted by people who have not passed the Japanese test, but these songs are in English after all...

Guess I'll do what I always do: leave to AzureDark to handle this situation! XD

NevarRyoko

Actually I'll just make a Pic album and post all the scans there. EZ mode.

animeyay
02-13-2011, 10:43 PM
Nah, it's okay, save yourself the trouble, as we have your submissions in the system already.

I could just put up your lyrics, but I'm not sure if I should credit the lyrics to anyone at all, so that's why I'm leaving it to the other admin (AzureDark) to decide.

WTH?!? Im missing the post before this one....guess i didn't post it.
The post before it said,"Makes sense. Best to get things done proper and such.

Actually I'll just make a Pic album and post all the scans there. EZ mode.
This was an after thought out of having nothing else to do. >_<

AzureDark

I'll put it up, but you lose crediting, since you're only copying what's written in the booklet.

NevarRyoko

No problem. Better to have em then not at all.

animeyay, you should know what "read the air" means! =0 You can say "空気を読め" in Japan, but what I like much better is coming in and saying "KY" (空気を読めてない・読めない). In fact, if you remember that Mario video I showed you a while ago, it had that in it! Tsk tsk (j/k) ^^
I really love KY by the way!XD Although it represents me very well <.<

Also, this is off the subject, but I'm adopting you as my obba (오빠)! :3

animeyay
02-15-2011, 07:09 AM
Uh, I certainly do know what KY means...Did I do something suggesting that I didn't? =P

And ha, I know less than 10 words in Korean, but oppa is one of them I do know. XD

Hikarin
02-15-2011, 10:46 PM
Ah, is that so? Yeah, I just expected you to pick up on the "read the air" like "Oh! Well it's deinately that" (well, not quite like that, but you know!XD)

Really? Yay!XD And don't go by that naughty transliteration of it. It should be and even sounds more like "obba" ;p

animeyay
02-15-2011, 11:24 PM
Nah, it's missing the final i so it's not naughty yet, ehehe. XD

But yea, one thing I never liked about Korean is its complex consonant-changing system. p', p/b, and pp, for example. It's okay, I have accepted about 2 years ago the fact that Korean and I don't mix, so don't try to encourage/help/teach me, 'cause I ain't learning and failing again. :glare:

Hikarin
02-15-2011, 11:44 PM
....Eh?
....
Oh, WAIT! I THINK I CAME ACROSS THE WORD YOU MEAN A WHILE AGO!!!! O_O
Ah, but that's just the fault of the Mc/R system. The revised romanisation system is much better, but mine is the most accurate :3
Now now animeyay, that's not true! You just need someone to help you and go by my romanisation system!^^ I've finally grasped it all now.

AzureDark
02-16-2011, 01:43 AM
Actually Hikarin if you go out and look around the net it's more commonly written as 'oppa'...

Geez, is Korean romanization this messed up? Makes me feel grateful I took up Japanese.

Hikarin
02-16-2011, 09:55 PM
I know. Both the Mc/R system and the revised romanisation system write the double letters as pp, tt, kk etc., but that's not what it should be in my opinion.
For example, they write 오빠 as oppa, but it should be obba. The double consonants are actually only faster versions that are maybe a little more forced than the single consonant versions. Nevertheless, you can clearly hear that it remains a b and does not become a p. A native Korean speaker can tell this and honestly, I think the double consonants sound more like a normal English one that the single consonants.

And yes, it is that messed up. That's why I'm inventing my own romanisation and transliteration system ^^ Does that mean you were considering taking up Korean, or were you just saying?

animeyay

When the students have to invent their own systems, you know something's not quite right. XD

And I swear that Korean hates me. I canNOT pronounce Korean to save my life. Korean's similar to Chinese, in that they both use aspiration (puff of air) to contrast certain consonants. In English, the p in pot and spot are treated as the same sound by English speakers, even though they actually sound different, since one has a puff of air accompanied and the other one doesn't. But in Korean and Chinese, those two are entirely different consonants. Up to this point, everything's good, since I know Chinese already. However, then Korean has this crazy "tense" consonant thing (like pp) that I just cannot get no matter what. After two native speakers gave up on trying to teach me, I pretty much gave up on myself, too, ehe.

It's okay though, as I probably don't have the free time and energy to learn a whole new language right now...

Hikarin

Lol, maybe, but I intend to be a linguisist, so it's normal with me!XD

You're focusing too much on what the terms for pronouncing it is and not enough on just listening and imitating. It took me a very long time to grasp the pronunciation, but I have it now. The consonants took a little time, but I mainly struggled with the vowels ae and eo. You can definately understand it^^
I mean, if the most I can get out of my boyfriend is "Ah.... kinda like this *speaks fast in Korean* umm.... maybe I dunno", then you'll do great!XD

*pat pats* It's okay, you can learn it one day if you wish and I don't think you'll have much problem at all once I get my system known :3
