I`ve read recently.
That us Aussies have a weakness for the latest gadgets.
So, we go out and spend thousands amounts of dollars for the latest Cameras', Phones, TV's, Computers.. And if anything new comes out into the market.

BAM !

However, in each Australian home, an average of $16 000 in tech gadgets sit around collecting dust.

Is this the case in your house? If so, what items are they?

In my house, I have a 17' Mac book pro I rarely use.
a 32" LCD Tv sitting in a spare bedroom.
And a 7" Screen dvd/sound system yet to be install into my car.
And of course old gaming systems, that I am unable to part with
xbox, PS, Gameboy, N64, Super Nintendo, Commodore 64 >___>; Yes, with the old Monitor and such.

.___." Not quite the $16 G.. But as the new comes out.. I do have a habit on buying them and moving the old into the spare room or giving it away to family/friends...

If I don't count several computer parts and similar stuff ... I'd say only the Sony reader is currently stalling in my room.

I don't really leave stuff sit around for to long without using it at least once and a while. Though is some old components in my drores that haven't been touched in like a year. Though otherwise it's not like that in my house. I try to make good use of all the stuff in my house clean and useful.
