convert .mkv to anything else without re-encoding

well as the title say i am looking for a way to change .mkv container without changing the codec (.aac .avc) any ideas ?

P.S : i cant do it with mkv muxer or mkvmerge


or i want a program to edit/cut video that supports mkv without re-encoding
