When I'm mad and I don't want to talk to anybody, I go up to my room to listen to music, and/or practice drawing anime. And what really gets me up is when I sit outside at night and look up into the sky, and look at the stars, and if I see a plane in the sky I'm happy again. I don't know why it make me happy, but it just does.

When I'm angry or feeling depressed, I always want to be alone, go somewhere quiet, where there's fresh air and I listen to music... and I dance my heart to it. It all goes away. :)

i usually do the opposite that you do.i go talk only to one person( not gonna say who) but that person lifts my spirits by just smiling.

When I'm down, mad, or something I always want to be alone and listen to music or watch anime. Sometimes I talk about it with a great friend or two. A couple of songs that usually work are these:

I admit that I like to read and take a bath. It is soothing and relaxing at the same time. That or drive, driving always seems to calm me down.

When I'm down/depressed it usually depends how I got that way so I do different things...
-listen to music
-start/continue writing a story
-watch tv (a marathon of something usually works)
-look at the night sky
or
-look up youtube videos

Ecchi anime will usually help you get it up

Personally my mood always improves when i consume a really good hamburger. Or sometimes when im feeling vulnerable, i'll want to play an acoustic guitar. So I go outside and punch a tree until my knuckles are bloody and play an electric really loud like a REAL MAN.

Talking to people helps. Though, there's always the chance that it will have the opposite effect and backfire.

If that's the case, (or if there is just no one to talk to) then I usually am just forced to wait it out and cry.

I simply go to sleep. Rarely do people manage to make me angrier than I was before I went to bed. If that works, I lock my room and wither draw or listen to some trance. Or any kind of non-aggressive music really.

It depends on what seriously got me down. If someone made me upset, I don't want to talk to that person or anyone for a while. I just take a cool shower, wear comfy clothes, go to my room to open my window, if its windy the window would be open, other wise my fan will be on and then I just take a nap with soft music. When I wake up and I'm relaxed, I'm able to talk to the person who upsetted me or whoever, and tell how I feel. I don't stay mad for a long time, eventually I get over it.

Now if its a problem or issue that is going on, I talk to my best friend or my boyfriend about it. I just feel like the problems are lifted up from my shoulders when I tell them. It feels good. (: Its kind of rare for me to be down, I'm always happy. Sadness subside and I quickly become happy afterwards.

When i'm feeling angry or upset in any way, i watch a comedy, Bill Bailey, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrott or Freddy Star usually does the trick, Rowan Atkinson isn't too bad either ^_^

That or if i have some spare cash i'll go out on a day trip somewhere, go visit somewhere in the country i've never been =)

I don't get down i just rage but normally i go outside and shoot stuff until something is riddled with holes or i fired off at least a good 50 shots. if it's in the middle of the night well i eat something and suck it up, I need the food anyways.

Well I go down by the meaning quite easily as I lack self esteem. Though working on computers tends to make me feel better and drinking insane amounts of pop. I also tend to listen to music to cheer up too.

I don`t have many people I can confide in, and I`m not the sort of person who wants to burden other people with my bundles of problems. [Though, I insist on all my friends on talking to me when they are comfortable enough to do so- Yet I`d never push them as that also have a backfire effect] Anyway, I`m more of a lone wolf who wishes to handle my own issues.
So, I go scuba diving or surfing - if the weather and time can allow me too
Or, I sit outside somewhere with my ipod and book-I am currently reading or macbook- to write my novel or guitar - to write music.

Music and video games. Games were always the primary stress reliever, but as my taste in music diversified and I found a lot of different genres that suited me, music became helpful just as well.

Good company, booze, Cuban cigars, a little Blackjack or Poker, lying in bed at 2pm playing the few videogames I still enjoy...

I also find in a few isolated cases it can be really therapeutic to repeatedly beat the living crap out of something or somebody. That's not to say I agree with violence - just it brings a little contentment to me to wail on someone who provoked me more than he should have.

Depends. Usually Adventure Time gets me feeling better. Breaking out into random dance helps, if I have the energy.

and without a doubt comfort food like squid sushi or indian food.
