I was very dissapointed with Dead Rising 2; It's nowhere near as fun as the first one and it really felt like a waste of my time.
So here is how to min-max the game as quickly as possible.
Step 1.
Start a new game.
From this point on, you will ALWAYS skip slicecycles and go directly to the safehouse by skipping the cutsquence.
From the safehouse, go upstairs to Ragazines and pick up Gambling 1 ( It's a magazine.) From there, you go outside to the Platinum Strip and pick up the following 2 magazines.
Gambling 3 , it will be located inside of the Shamrock Casino behind the bar.
Leadership. It will be located inside of the Bingo Hall.
Then head into the Yucatan , run pass the boss fight against Ted and Snowflake.
Head upstairs to the large print bookstore and grab Gambling 2.
Now return to the Slot Ranch Casino and play the giant machine on the back wall for 2 hours or if you hit 2 million.
In order to make sure you don't die, kill all the zombies in the area. Position yourself so the only thing on screen is the giant slot machine. No other zombies will spawn. Ever.
Ignore Katey she will die every time you follow this guide.
2 hours later. When you have 6 million dollar or 2 million dollars.
Run into the restroom, save the game, go into start, quit and restart story.
From there, follow the storyline until you open up the pawnshops. Visit the 3 pawnsops, your starting one, the one outside and the one in Palisades. Buy the Chopper, SUV and Knight Boots. Congratulations, you've got an achievement/trophy. Plus 3 keys without even going over level 4.
Now save the game. Go to quit and restart story.
Again. When you gain control Chuckie, run directly to the second floor bookstore and pick up the Horror Magazine.
Then run to Americana Casino and into the BBQ Pit. On the first floor, there will be a driving magazine by the soda machines.
Go outside and make your way towards the Shamrock Casino and hop into your SUV.
This is where the real fun starts.
Drive in complete laps around the Platinum Strip for 4 hours straight.
You will go from level 1 to 40 within that time.
Now, when the zombies start getting thinned out, you pull over to the giant rocks with the walkway in the middle of the platinum strip. There will be a save point there, use it. Save your game, then load your game.
When you reload all the zombies will be back. HUZZAH, now off to the rear right of that save point will be a buggy. Use that to get back to SUV.
Repeat this until the game ends on the 4th day.
You'll get the level up, genocider and combo card trophies/achivements amazingly easy.
THEN
You can attempt to follow the true storyline by doing all the cases and finding all the Zombrex for Katey. The bosses will no longer be a threat and you can handle everything.
