I Cant Get Into The Chat!

I have been there so many times but it wont let me in... why? can u fix it? it says im blocked....

Don't worry Rena you aren't the only one. It said I was blocked too. But, which way did you use the enter chat in the top bar or the chat in the site menu? If you go thru the chat on the site menu you might get in.

Rena, does it say you're blocked, or does the chat login say you are banned? I checked over the chat auto-block list, your IP and username are not listed in it, so you shouldn't be blocked.

If you are blocked still, let me know; I'll clear our the system.

Somehow it has been fixed....but if it happens again...it said that i was blocked not banned so i dont know why it wouldnt list me on the chat auto-block list.
