Bad Moderation!!

So, there are things in this world which are usually said to not cause harm when they're used "in moderation". I think some of them are bad and shouldn't be done at all. "Moderation" does not make them any less bad.

This would include:
- smoking
- drinking
- doing drugs
- watching Grey's Anatomy
- the list goes on and on...

So, what else do you think shouldn't be used in moderation? (Note: This can also include things you think people should excessively use instead of moderation, not only things people shouldn't use at all. At least as long as it doesn't drive the thread away from its goal.)

I was thinking about doing something like this after seeing a recent closed thread (http://www.animeforum.com/showthread.php?97935-Hey-guys.), and I finally gained the idea about its content after the drinking thread.
