That would obviously be Clannad ~After Story~ Episode 18, since that's the only Anime that is divine of all that is divine!

My favorite...definitely Nina's death scene from the original FMA. I didn't hate Nina or anything but that scene was like a sob fest and Edward's speech about human life and alchemy was just beautiful. I'll probably always remember that scene from FMA and how much I cried during it D:
A close second though is Tomoya's confession from Clannad. I just love that scene :D

The final scene in Code Geass when Lelouch sacrifices himself, that's one of the best. The scene in Clannad when Kotomi nearly kills everyone in the recital with her horrible violin playing.

there are so many amazing scenes but i like the scenes that gives u like the shivers in the back like u get cold in your back.
1 of my favorite scenes is in d.gray man where allen come with his new innocence i think its in ep 75 or somthing and grab eral millenum hand when he tries to grab linaly.rly cool 1

Umm.... I'm not to sure.... I always like the emotional or shocking scenes though. Let's see.... any scene with Kakashi Hatake in it just about does it for me O_O
There were some scenes in Gundam SEED and DESTINY that really got me going though.... and I'll always and forever love the last parts of Magic Knight Rayearth season one!X3 I found Kanon (2006) really touching too.
