How do you generally organize yours?

I don't, I really should go and clean out the ones I no longer use though.

I just toss 'em on Google Chrome's bookmark bar and forget about them. I sometimes push less used ones out of the bar when a more frequently used one comes about.

Since I constantly move between multiple computers, I store bookmarks online via Delicious (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delicious_(website)). I use a bookmarklet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bookmarklet) to quickly save and tag everything.

Currently I only use bookmarks in opera (and on the view bar, the ones I use most are there.)

so right now, I just organize sites into different categories -- HTML/design help sites, entertainment sites, tech sites, game sites, etc. The rest are uncategorized.

I haven't cleaned them out for a while, though.

Bookmark toolbar with 2 lines, first line only folders with stuff I access most of the time, 2nd line is usually random sites I bookmark for next-time reading.
Beside that, other bookmarks are a huge mess ... and of course I keep them synchronized on all comps I use (Xmarks FTW!)

I just add them on and on, letting Opera handle it, until at no certain point I decide that's enough of that, and I add them to a big ol' HTML page I use, which has accumulated my bookmarks over the years as links. They're loosely categorized based on type of activity or information and put into separate blocks of text, but that's all.
Then I bookmark that HTML page and then I start the process over.

I keep a copy on my tower and another on my laptop and I keep one more on my flash drive.
